We are seeking 9 Proctors to ensure a smooth testing experience. Training will be provided prior to the event, so no prior experience is necessary. Job Details Location: Seattle, WA Pay Rate: $20.76/hr Event dates: 9/6 and 9/7 Shift: Start at 7 AM, typically finished by 2 PM Roles And Responsibilities Monitor test-takers to ensure compliance with testing rules Prevent unauthorized access to phones or other cheating methods Assist in maintaining a quiet and conducive testing environment Lead one of the testing rooms as the Room Supervisor Provide support and assistance to test-takers as needed Participate in a brief training session prior to the event Qualifications & Skills Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Prior experience in educational settings is a plus, but not required Note: This description reflects the role as described by Kelly.
