Summary:
Nike is seeking an ETW (External Temporary Worker) for its Sport Research Lab to support perception-based research projects that inform the development of innovative footwear, apparel, and equipment. The role involves executing human-subject studies under the supervision of perception scientists.

Responsibilities:
Execute applied and basic research studies focused on performance insights
Follow established research methodologies and protocols under scientific guidance
Manage and assist with multiple perception research projects concurrently
Become familiar with and utilize lab tools and equipment for data collection
Support data organization, documentation, and study logistics
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in science, psychology, behavioral science, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions precisely
Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Experience conducting research with human subjects is preferred
