We are representing a leading South Florida General Contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a $50M luxury condominium project in Hollywood, FL. This is a high-profile build where quality, precision, and delivery are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of construction from pre-construction through closeout.
• Manage budget, schedule, subcontractor performance, and client communication.
• Collaborate closely with the superintendent and senior leadership team.
• Maintain top-tier quality standards and ensure timely delivery.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven track record managing luxury condo or high-end multi-family projects.
• Strong commercial acumen, contract knowledge, and leadership skills.
• Experience delivering projects in the $30M–$50M+ range.
• Russian or Turkish (spoken is a big bonus)
