Job Description Job Summary Focuses on process improvement, organizational change management, project management, and other processes related to the business. Project management includes estimating, scheduling, costing, planning, and issue/risk management. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Proven experience and results in managing intermediate to large-scale projects using prescribed methodologies. Solid knowledge of project management methods and techniques. Ability to develop detailed project plans, communication strategies, schedules, role definitions, and risk management plans. Mastery of standard project management applications and software; quick learner of new tools and capable of instructing others. Problem identification and anticipation, with the ability to suggest effective solutions. Ability to consult with senior project management staff and follow established procedures. Projects may have moderate cross-functional impact and team organization. Healthcare industry experience is preferred. Job Qualifications Required Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least one project management course. Required Experience 2-4 years of relevant work in business, engineering, or related fields; degree may be substituted with experience. Preferred Education Additional formal project management training is preferred. Preferred Certifications PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt certifications are desirable.
