At Bridgewater - A Legacy Retirement Community we're searching for a dedicated Resident Services Director to join our growing Independent Living team. In this role, you'll play an active part in enriching the lives of our residents by ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support.

Your Schedule

This is a full-time position, generally Monday through Friday , with flexibility as needed to meet resident needs.

Your Role

As the Director of Senior Living Services, you'll be the primary connection between residents, their families, and our care team. You will:

• Build personal relationships by greeting and engaging with residents daily.
• Coordinate all aspects of resident care, including medical, pharmaceutical, therapy, and social services.
• Support emotional well-being alongside physical health needs.
• Assist the marketing team in promoting the building and services that we offer.
• Collaborate with families to ensure each resident is living their best possible life.
• Contribute to our goal of delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
