Own roofing projects from start to finish — hitting deadlines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Lead crews and hold them accountable to production and safety standards.
Solve problems quickly and make confident decisions to keep jobs moving.
Apply proven systems while improving efficiency and enforcing compliance.
Represent Phillips’ award-winning reputation for professionalism and integrity.
✅ Requirements
Fluent in Spanish & English (required)
Residential roofing knowledge + leadership experience required
Clean driving record
Tech-savvy with scheduling and project management tools
Detail-driven, disciplined, and structured in execution
💵 Compensation & Benefits
Earnings: $75K–$110K (base + performance incentives)
