We are seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to join our team! The Restaurant Assistant General Manager will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

​Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

• $5 MM minimum annual sales experience as a manager
• 3+ years experience as Restaurant Assistant General Manager
• Must be Restaurant Assistant General Manager currently
• Proven success leading high-volume, dynamic, and fast-paced operations.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in full-service restaurants
• Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience managing P&L responsibilities.
• Familiarity with key hospitality regulations, including labor, liquor, and health laws.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and confidently.
