Job Description
Project Manager - Manage the entire process from sale to installation of Roofing.
Qualified Candidate Must:
• Be capable of ordering materials and managing installation schedules with installers, subcontractors, and homeowners.
• Handle issues related to homeowners, installations, installers, and subcontractors.
Required Skills:
• Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, comfortable handling concerns with homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.
• Residential Roofing experience or overall experience in construction.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve issues involving homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct on-site punch list walkthroughs for each project.
• Order roofing materials.
• Schedule installations with installers, subcontractors, and homeowners.
Experience:
• 5+ years of roofing project management experience, including construction experience.
