As we expand into North America, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships in the travel and hospitality sectors. This key role involves leading strategic sales initiatives, targeting corporate clients, and promoting premium experiences to new and existing audiences. The Sales Manager will lead the sales team, driving results that exceed targets and enhancing our brand through a consultative, results-driven approach.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Implement and execute sales strategies set by senior management, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Drive the sales team to meet or exceed targets through proactive initiatives and corporate prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, enhancing brand awareness and reputation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of all product offerings, positioning them effectively in the market and guiding the team to do the same.
  • Oversee and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, ensuring detailed reporting and CRM data integrity.
  • Provide timely weekly sales reports, including pipeline updates, activity summaries, and forecasts.
  • Promote and refine the STH Science of Selling methodology, continuously testing and improving sales approaches.
  • Manage key sales initiatives, including package content, pricing strategies, and on-sale timeline planning.
  • Leverage sales data to refine strategies and drive informed decision-making.
  • Support the Managing Director in monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and industry opportunities.
  • Mentor, motivate, and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture through training and performance reviews.

Qualifications & Key Skills:

  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships through in-person and virtual interactions.
  • Clear, effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage stakeholders.
  • A strong focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Resilient mindset with excellent written communication skills, particularly in crafting consultative sales emails and leading a consultative approach.
  • Enthusiasm for sport is advantageous, fostering deeper client connections and market understanding.
