Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Responsibilities Strategically partner with sales management to craft and execute innovative sourcing strategies to recruit financial services professionals to join MassMutual Great Lakes. Generate and vet leads, manage interviews, and support leadership in talent pipeline growth. Dynamically engage with social media platforms and marketing campaigns to draw in top-tier talent. Engage with internal and external networks for candidate sourcing and referrals. Uphold the firm’s integrity in talent management and champion diversity and inclusion. Implement strategies to maintain engagement with potential candidates. Screen for cultural fit and alignment with our core values. Stay informed on our value proposition to attract high-quality candidates. Qualifications Demonstrated 2+ years of success in sales recruiting within insurance/wealth management/financial services. A natural ability to network and build relationships. Strong connections within Michigan (preferred). Expertise in creating effective recruiting strategies and utilizing social media and recruiting technology. Skilled in networking and community building as primary recruitment strategies. An engaging communicator with a passion for financial services. Entrepreneurial mindset with a preference for recruiting sales roles. Independent, outcome-focused, with strong organizational skills. High ethical standards, integrity, and emotional intelligence. Benefits and compensation Salary: $65,000 - $75,000, experience-based with variable compensation potential.
