Overview Join to apply for the Scrum Master role at TEKsystems . Experienced Scrum Master to lead an Agile team delivering high‑quality products efficiently. Key Responsibilities Guide and support Agile teams through Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Foster collaboration and communication among cross‑functional teams to remove obstacles and ensure smooth development workflows. Act as a servant leader, coaching team members in Agile principles and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog refinement and alignment with business goals. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, driving Agile adoption within the organization. Monitor team performance metrics and Agile maturity to optimize delivery cycles. Promote a culture of transparency, innovation, and accountability within teams. Qualifications Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred. Excellent problem‑solving, facilitation, and communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive Agile transformations. Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or other Agile tools is a plus.
