Position Overview The Scrum Master will be responsible for the implementation, facilitation, and continuous improvement of Scrum processes across multiple cross‑functional teams. This role ensures Agile principles are effectively applied to support efficient delivery, foster collaboration, and remove barriers to success. The ideal candidate is an experienced servant leader and coach who thrives on guiding teams toward operational excellence within a collaborative and evolving Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and facilitate Scrum events including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Coach and mentor Scrum team members on Agile principles and best practices. Track progress through burndown charts, backlog tracking, and product metrics; forecast velocity and ensure accountability for sprint commitments. Identify and remove impediments to team progress while shielding the team from external distractions. Partner with the Product Owner to refine the backlog, clarify requirements, and align priorities with strategic goals. Support release planning, facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders, and encourage team decision‑making. Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics analysis, and process optimization. Promote collaboration across teams and influence leadership to sustain the organization’s Agile transformation. Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Google Workspace for workflow management and reporting. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in cross‑functional technical teams. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks, with proven experience facilitating full SDLC delivery cycles. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred. Experience using Azure DevOps and related Agile tools for sprint tracking and reporting. Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated success in coaching teams and leaders through Agile transformations.
