THE STUDIO
Our boutique studio crafts brands, packaging, and websites primarily for food & beverage, hospitality, and lifestyle brands. Established in 2008, our tight-knit studio is typically under 10 creative folks. More details about our culture and values are below. Studio hours are Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with the crew to develop from the ground up – brand identities, collateral, packaging, and some web
• Take design projects others may have started and refine or polish
• Be versatile, not just one signature style, but can adapt a few aesthetics for clients’ goals
• Balance 5 – 7 client projects weekly (mixture of deep work and small to-dos)
• Willing to do your own production/file prep as we’re a small studio
• Articulate and present creative work amongst the internal team and directly to clients in a clear and thoughtful manner
• Assist the creative director with mentoring 1 – 2 young designers
• Provide clear design direction to crew members and make those better around you
QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong portfolio in identity design
• Experience with current design trends
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud platforms and Procreate
• Mastery of typography, color and layout
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bonus: Figma, Motion/After Effects, photography
• Bonus: WordPress and Shopify experience (no coding required)
