$60.00/hr - $70.00/hr

Talent Acquisition Partner Major Projects

Were looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruiting and staffing initiatives, making sure project teams are fully supported with the right talent at the right time. This role is with one of our Oil and Gas clients in Central Houston and is offered on a contract-to-hire basis.

What youll do:

  • Partner with project leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver staffing solutions
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (staff, contractors, and agency hires) across multiple sourcing channels
  • Ensure fair, diverse, and compliant hiring practices
  • Provide guidance on candidate selection, interviewing, and offers
  • Support onboarding, relocation, and workforce planning strategies

What were looking for:

  • A minimum of 12 years solid HR/Talent Acquisition background in project or technical environments
  • Experience with recruiting strategy, policy interpretation, and compliance (EEO/AA)
  • Skilled in building pipelines and managing vendor relationships
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
