Senior UX/UI Designer | Web3/Crypto | Remote, Global | Up to $120k

Albert Bow has partnered with a stealth Web3 infrastructure company on a mission to redefine digital asset security for the next generation of users. Built by a team with deep technical expertise and backed by serious funding, theyre creating a category-defining wallet experience that combines uncompromising security with seamless usability.

Theyre now looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to take full ownership of design across their product ecosystem.

What Youll Do

Lead UI/UX for a suite of products: mobile wallet (iOS/Android), browser extension, and hardware wallet interface
Translate complex security concepts into clean, intuitive user experiences
Create and maintain a scalable design system and cohesive brand experience
Deliver user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that drive clarity and trust
Work closely with product and engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
Conduct user research focused on crypto-native and crypto-curious users

What Youll Bring

3+ years of experience designing consumer-facing mobile applications
A portfolio that showcases live crypto, Web3, or FinTech products
Strong understanding of self-custody wallets, DeFi, dApps, NFTs, and cross-chain UX
Expert-level Figma skills, including auto-layout, components, and prototyping
Experience building and scaling a design system from scratch
A user-first mindset with strong attention to detail and execution

Bonus Points For

Experience with Framer or high-fidelity prototyping tools
Visual design/branding experience (marketing assets, illustrations, etc.)
An interest in the psychology of trust and usability in decentralized systems
