Job Title: ServiceNow GRC Developer
Alldus is currently seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer to join our growing team and contribute to the success of our clients.
Position Overview:
As a ServiceNow GRC Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions using the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs, translating requirements into effective and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for GRC processes.
- Design and develop ServiceNow GRC solutions, including policy and compliance management, risk management, audit management, and other related modules.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow platform to meet specific client needs, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Integrate ServiceNow GRC modules with other systems and applications as required.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams on ServiceNow GRC best practices.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators.
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on GRC modules.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its GRC capabilities.
- Strong understanding of GRC processes, compliance frameworks, and risk management.
- Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC certification is a plus.
