Summary

The Shuttle Driver Class B is responsible for the safe, lawful and diligent operation of various company vehicles used to transport guests and employees to and from satellite parking lots and the casino/hotel. This position is for Grave Yard.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with eye contact and a positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude.
• Provide the highest quality of guest service to all guests, employees, departments and vendors.
• Operate company equipment in a safe and secure manner at all times
• Ensure guests and employees are picked up and delivered according to set schedules.
• Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicles.
• Keep required records and routinely submit them as required by management.
• Report all accidents and injuries to the Sr. Transportation supervisor, Hotel supervisor or Transportation manager and Security immediately.
• Maintain a Class B with Passenger endorsement and clean driving record (less than 2 points)
• Provide off site transportation as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned from time-to-time.

Education / Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age, or older.
• Any combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to promote a positive and professional image.
• Any education beyond the minimum requirement, as well as any experience and training that provide the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary shall be considered.
• Must be able to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the United States of America.

Certificates, licenses and registration

• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Soboba Tribal Gaming Commission license.
• Required to submit to and obtain negative results on all drug and/or alcohol testing.
• Class B with passenger endorsement required.
• Must have clean driving record (less than 2 points), No DUIs, and no single vehicle accidents.
