About Us:
Foundation Systems Hawaii is the state’s top foundation repair contractor, specializing in drilled micropiles, concrete, deep foundations, and structural repair. We tackle some of the most complex and demanding jobs in Hawaii, residential, commercial, and government projects.
We’re growing and hiring top-tier people who bring strength, integrity, and the drive to succeed. This is not general labor. You’ll work with a skilled team on real projects, lifting, digging, drilling, pouring, and problem-solving in the field.
The Role:
We’re looking for a Skilled Worker ready to jump into the action, support the team, and take ownership of your work. You’ll work with experienced foremen and superintendents, but we’re also looking for future leaders, we promote from within and provide training for those who step up.
Responsibilities:
Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials, digging, concrete work, and handling tools and equipment.
Support the crew in foundation repair, micropile installation, structural concrete, and other specialized trades.
Load/unload materials, operate small equipment, and help keep the jobsite clean, safe, and productive.
Work directly with Foremen, Superintendents and Management, safety protocols, and daily work plans to get the job done right.
Show up on time, ready to work hard and learn every day.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Strong, physically capable individual who takes pride in hard work
✔ Extensive experience in construction, or strong mechanical ability
✔ Willingness to learn structural systems and work as part of a high-performance team
✔ Dependable, safety-conscious, and motivated to grow into leadership roles
✔ Comfortable working outdoors, in trenches, and around heavy equipment
✔ Must have a valid Hawaii driver’s license and be drug/alcohol-free
✔ Military base access (background check) is a plus
