For more information, visit Location Austin, TX (Hybrid) Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain our software Translate product requirements and concepts into software designs and implementation taking scalability, performance, operational effort and cost into consideration Provide technical leadership in addition to mentoring and encouraging other engineers Take personal responsibility for the quality and maintainability of the product and actively identifies areas for improvement Implement Python focused tooling (scripts, APIs) for both developers and product Work with relational and non-relational databases to support data flow across the entire company Ready to ask questions and dive headfirst into supporting and improving a complex technical stack Requirements 3+ years of professional experience in software design and delivery 3+ years Python experience Extensive experience with debugging and critical code analysis Proficiency in source code management tools; e.g. Git Basic networking protocol knowledge Knowledge of software design principles and leading software development practices Willingness to get things done, take initiative and challenge existing assumptions and conventions Education BS or MS in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience) We are not currently considering candidates that require sponsorship now or candidates that will require sponsorship in the future. Compensation and Benefits Our competitive total rewards package includes cash compensation within the range provided below. Actual pay for this position may vary based on the hired candidate’s location, experience and relevant incumbent pay position.

$135,000 - $158,000 USD
