About the job Spanish Bilingual Appointment Setter Job Type: Full-Time (Remote) Salary: 45,000 per month About the Role We are looking for a Bilingual Appointment Setter to make outbound calls to warm leads and schedule appointments. This is a full-time, remote position requiring fluency in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and skilled in building rapport with potential clients. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to warm leads and schedule appointments with potential clients. Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish. Follow a structured call script while personalizing conversations as needed. Handle objections and persuade leads to book appointments. Maintain accurate records of calls and scheduled appointments in the CRM. Provide a positive experience for prospects, ensuring professionalism and courtesy. Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and engaging phone presence. Previous experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or in sales is preferred. Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly. Comfortable working remotely with a stable internet connection. Proficiency in using CRM tools and call tracking systems is a plus. Voice Recording Requirement To apply, candidates must submit:
