Temporary Data Entry Assistant - Project Support


Location: Rosemount, MN
Start Date: Monday, August 25th
Duration: ~6 weeks (potential to extend)
Pay: $23-$25/hr, DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm

• Weekend/OT hours available
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day during peak

Job Overview


A leading industrial services provider is seeking a Data Entry Assistant to support a large-scale refinery shutdown. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented temporary role focused on timekeeping and workforce tracking for 100+ short-term refinery workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily data entry of timecards from physical timesheets
• Assign and input work codes with speed and accuracy
• Maintain real-time records by entering data same-day
• Collaborate with a team member to divide responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Profile

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Experience in payroll , timecard processing , HR , accounting , or administrative support
• Skilled in clerical input , 10-key , and data accuracy
• Quick learner with ability to follow new processes
• Must pass drug screening and background check

Work Environment

• First 1-2 weeks at office location in Rosemount, MN
• Remainder of contract at nearby refinery site (5 minutes away)
• In-office role with potential for overtime
