Facility: Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital

Assignment for 16-32 weeks 

ER RN: 11a-11p. Weekend and holiday requirements, no call. Travelers must work 2 out of the 3 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas/Christmas Eve, and New Years Day/Eve. 

Requirements: 
• Prior travel preferred 
• Charge experience is preferred 
• 1 year minimum of specialty experience 
• AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC required; TNCC must be active or proof of class prior to start in packet; NIHSS will be required prior to starting 
• NY license, or proof of application with applied date, required in packet at time of submission - please note NY licensing takes 6-8 weeks and we will take that into consideration with start dates/offers
• Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable

Additional Information: 
• IVS to OFFER
• Monday to Sunday 
• Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday , next orientation is 10/6
• No block schedules for any reason 
• Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained 
• This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit
