Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic setting with adult patients.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient orthopedic clinic serving a primarily adult population
• Caseload of approximately 12-15 patients per day with a mix of orthopedic and post-surgical cases
• Work schedule is Monday through Thursday, four 10-hour shifts from 7:00 to 17:00
• Patient population is predominantly Spanish- and English-speaking
• Clinic utilizes Prompt EMR for documentation
• Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education
• Opportunity to treat cases in orthopedics, neuro, and worker's compensation
• Collaborative team structure including PTs, PTAs, and techs across two nearby clinic locations
• Supportive clinical environment with an emphasis on professional growth and hands-on learning
• All requests for time off must be submitted with initial application

Requirements

• Current PT license required if applicable
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of outpatient ortho and worker's compensation experience; strong new grads will be considered
• Experience with Prompt EMR is preferred
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and provide compassionate, culturally competent care
