Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in Charleston, West Virginia.

• Develop personalized treatment plans to meet patient needs and goals.

• Achieve and exceed set performance targets and goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment.

• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Be accountable for personal success and professional growth.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

• Educate patients and families on therapeutic processes and home exercises.

• Adapt to a high-visibility work environment with measurable results.

• Utilize pipelines to assess potential success in therapy outcomes.

Experience/Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.

• Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in West Virginia.

• Strong ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

• Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to high-visibility and results-driven environments.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in maintaining accurate and timely documentation.

• Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Strong analytical skills to assess therapy outcomes using pipelines.

• Commitment to continuous professional development and training.
