Overview You will design features for a B2B product guided by client needs and business objectives. You’ll partner with product teams at every phase of product development — from discovery to delivery to iteration — to shape each product interface, optimizing the structure and flow of our property intelligence into client workflows. Through intuitive and effective design, you will magnify the impact of our product. Your work will accelerate a digital transformation in insurance, leveraging the power of geospatial and data visualization to drive major efficiencies across the industry while improving protection for homeowners and businesses as they face growing climate risk. Responsibilities Work with PMs and our client success team to understand existing design perspectives, observations, user feedback, and anything else that could inform your design work Gather and incorporate feedback from our insurance users Document and present research from users and/or final designs Partner with PMs and engineering teams to design, build, and test early prototypes and/or redesign concepts for existing products Company commitments We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We use Figma Experience designing at different fidelities, from concepts to detailed design.
