Virtual Data Entry Assistant We're on the lookout for a Virtual Data Entry Assistant to join our remote team! Prepare and submit regular reports on front desk activities and customer interactions. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Problem Resolution: Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel or supervisor. Use problem-solving skills to find effective solutions to customer concerns. Follow established protocols and procedures to handle customer complaints. General Duties: Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools. Good organizational and time management skills. Reliable internet and home office setup. Previous data entry experience is a plus, but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using office software, customer service platforms, and CRM systems. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Personal Attributes: Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
