YOUR LIFE AS A WAITER - WAITRESS
This entry-level food service position at our restaurant can be full-time or part-time and typically works between the business hours of 10 AM - 11 PM, Sunday - Thursday , and between 10 AM - 1 AM on Fridays and Saturdays .
In this entry-level customer service position, you are the cornerstone of the positive experience of our guests. When people are seated in your section, you greet them with a smile. Using your knowledge of the beer and cider we have on tap at our self-serve bar, you are able to answer questions and give recommendations. You also advise our customers on the dishes we serve.
Service-oriented, you make sure guests receive the correct order and that they're happy with the quality of their food. Throughout the meal, you check in to see if they need anything, and you keep their water glasses filled. When parties are finished with their meal, you handle their payments. Then, you bus and clean the table. Additionally, when we host special events, you help run them. You love working with our customers and take pride in the part you play in our success!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Familiarity with Toast POS (point-of-sale) system would be a plus! If you can meet these requirements and perform this full- or part-time job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our full- or part-time food service team!
