Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are looking for a motivated and organized Entry-Level Office Recruiter to join our staffing team. This position is ideal for individuals interested in starting in staffing industry. The Office Recruiter will support the hiring process for general labor positions by screening candidates, confirming assignments, and maintaining accurate records. You will also serve as a key point of contact between candidates, clients, and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Communication:
• • Contact candidates via phone, email, and text to schedule interviews and follow-ups.
  • Screen applicants for eligibility and job fit for general labor assignments.
  • Confirm candidate availability and return-to-work dates.
• Onboarding & Pre-Assignment Tasks:
• • Provide candidates with company policies and job expectations before they are assigned.
  • Ensure all pre-employment paperwork is completed accurately and stored electronically.
  • Issue company rules and guidelines, ensuring candidate understanding and compliance.
• Documentation & Recordkeeping:
• • Maintain up-to-date and accurate electronic records for all candidates.
  • Track candidate communication, screening outcomes, and assignment statuses.
• Client and Employee Support:
• • Act as a point of contact for clients, current employees, and applicants.
  • Communicate job openings, updates via email, phone, or text.
  • Coordinate with onsite teams to support daily staffing needs.

Qualifications:

• No prior recruiting experience required — training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Comfortable using email, phone, and basic computer systems.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
