Computer & Phone Repair Bench Technician We're looking for a skilled and motivated Bench Technician to join our tech repair team. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, smartphones, and tablets. Perform virus and malware cleanups. Clone hard drives and image computers for deployment. Replace screens, batteries, and internal components. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Learn to remotely diagnose and resolve printer and scanner problems. Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used. Collaborate with team members to ensure high‑quality service. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in computer and phone repair (or equivalent hands‑on experience). Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. Basic understanding of networking and peripheral troubleshooting. Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. A+ Certification or similar is a plus, but not required.
