Position Overview:
The Commercial Construction Project Manager will oversee ground-up commercial projects valued up to $5 million. This role involves managing all phases of construction, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage ground-up commercial construction projects from inception to completion
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
Monitor project progress and address any issues proactively
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders
Manage procurement and subcontractor relationships
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing commercial ground-up projects
Proven track record of delivering projects up to $5 million
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management software
