The Role:

• Lead and manage modular multifamily construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and in-house teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and contracts.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are upheld across all operations.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

The Person:

• Experience in construction project management (multifamily or modular)
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Track record of delivering projects successfully and to a high standard.
