Junior/Entry-Level Catering Sales Manager to join our team. This opportunity is perfect for an ambitious self-starter looking to gain exposure in the world of catering and hospitality sales at a renowned venue.
About the Role This is a hands-on, entry-level role focusing on managing inbound inquiries and leads for events and banquets. You'll collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the event planning process, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to inbound leads and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborating with the events team to coordinate details and ensure client satisfaction.
- Managing booking calendars, contracts, and event documentation efficiently.
- Leveraging your restaurant or event management experience to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients throughout the planning process.
Please note that this role
does not involve outbound marketing or cold calling. Work Schedule: This is a weekday, business hours position with occasional evening or weekend shifts depending on bookings.
Who We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you should:
- Have some experience in restaurant or event management, with a passion for sales and client-facing responsibilities.
- Be detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude and a natural ability to build rapport with clients.
- Be eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
Training: We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
What We Offer - Full Salary (No Commission): Competitive base salary of $50,000-$55,000.
