Overview

Entry Level HR Assistant - Automotive Parts Manufacturer (35679). An international automotive parts manufacturing company in the Cincinnati, Ohio area is seeking an Entry Level HR Assistant. This is a full-time and direct hire position with a comprehensive benefits package. Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records in company databases
• Create onboarding programs and coordinate orientations for newly hired employees
• Adherence to company compliance policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Support the recruitment process by selecting, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Assist with budgets and payroll
• Create reports on HR activity
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, a related field, and/or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with other departments and colleagues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related programs such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent communication in verbal and written English
• Must be flexible and able to work in a multicultural environment
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and adapt well to pressure
• Positive with a strong attention to detail
• Physical/work environment: this position includes manufacturing and warehousing work; may require sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 20 pounds, lifting with a lift assist, climbing stairs, and using hands to handle parts/equipment; occasional vision requirements
