We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offer negotiations. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience against job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate fit, interest, and availability.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
- Assist in the preparation of interview materials and provide support during candidate evaluations.
- Gather feedback from interviewers and stakeholders to assess candidate suitability and alignment with role requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and guidance as needed.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates to create a positive candidate experience and promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Manage candidate data and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with the creation and posting of job descriptions across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and preparing offer letters.
- Maintain recruitment-related documentation, records, and files in compliance with data privacy and confidentiality policies.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Provide support to the recruitment team in achieving hiring goals and targets.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvement and optimization to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices is desirable but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment software is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to develop skills and knowledge in the field of recruitment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
