Job Summary:
This is a physically demanding, fast-paced job involving independent or team-based work to hand-build quality upholstered furniture. Drive, urgency, and self-motivation are needed to meet daily production goals. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting and moving at least 50 lbs, and using hands to grip, pull, and handle materials. PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Strong coordination for routine, repetitive tasks. Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day on hard surfaces with frequent bending, twisting, and reaching. Capacity to push, pull, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Skilled use of hands for gripping, pulling, and tugging.
