Now Hiring:  Kitchen & Bath Designer (Design Sales)–  Las Vegas, NV

At  Best Price Flooring , we’re redefining the home renovation experience. As one of Nevada’s fastest-growing suppliers for flooring, cabinets, and countertops, we combine  premium design quality with  wholesale pricing and contractor reliability .

We’re expanding our  Design Studio Division and looking for a passionate, detail-oriented  Kitchen & Bath Designer who thrives on creativity, client relationships, and results. This role is ideal for someone who loves designing functional, beautiful spaces — while earning strong commissions and bonuses for performance.

• Design and quote kitchen, bath, and cabinetry projects for contractors, designers, and homeowners.
• Create layouts and renderings using 2020 Design software (or similar).
• Manage the full project cycle — from concept to order completion and client delivery.
• Maintain accurate pricing, vendor catalogs, and showroom displays.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive new business and promote design programs.
• Host educational events and product showcases for trade partners.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience with clear communication and design expertise.

• 3+ years of cabinetry design & sales experience.
• 2+ years of experience using 2020 Design or comparable software.
• Strong grasp of materials, finishes, and space planning.
• Confident communicator and team player with strong organization skills.
• Background in  wholesale, design showroom, or contractor-based sales preferred.
• NKBA certification a plus (not required).

• Base Pay: Starting around $16.75/hr (DOE).
• Quarterly Bonus Program tied to performance.
• Monthly Incentives for meeting sales & design goals.
• Total Compensation: $42K–$70K+ in year one; top performers can exceed $90K+ annually.
• Schedule: Monday–Saturday (no late retail hours).
• Paid time off, growth opportunities, and a supportive, fast-paced team environment.
• Work on-site at our  Las Vegas Design Studio , featuring full kitchen & bath displays.
