Job Details:

• Schedule: Night Shift Only
• Shift Type: Inpatient hospitalist coverage
• Shift Hours: Not specified; standard 12-hour night shifts presumed
• Patient Volume: 30–45 unassigned patients per shift
• Setting: Inpatient only
• Practice Type: Acute Care
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
• Admissions Required: Yes
• Procedures: None required
• Support Staff: 2 other PAs/NPs
• Call: None required

Requirements:

• Licensure: Must hold an active Pennsylvania license (No IMLC accepted)
• Certification:
  • Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) certification required
  • ACLS required
• Experience:
  • Experience responding to patients with change in condition
  • Must be comfortable managing high patient volume independently
• Board Certification: Board eligible acceptable
