Job Summary:

We are seeking an Orthodontic Dental Lab Technician to join our team in a dental lab setting. This role involves fabricating orthodontic appliances, bending wire, and working with various dental materials to produce high-quality products for patients. We welcome candidates at all experience levels, from entry-level to 10+ years of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate orthodontic appliances, including retainers, expanders, and space maintainers.
• Bend and shape wire for custom orthodontic appliances.
• Work with acrylics, resins, and other dental materials.
• Read and interpret dental prescriptions and models.
• Operate specialized dental lab equipment.
• Maintain high-quality standards and precision in all fabricated appliances.
• Collaborate with dentists and orthodontists to ensure proper fit and function.
• Follow safety and sterilization protocols in the lab setting.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in orthodontic or dental lab work is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work with small tools and materials in a precise manner.
• Understanding of dental anatomy and orthodontic appliance fabrication is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

• Salary based on experience, up to $90,000 per year.
