Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Finance and Accounting Specialist to support ongoing solution implementations and migration projects.

This role will focus on SAP S/4 HANA Finance configuration, functional design, testing, and the management of service providers.

The ideal candidate will ensure optimal system utilization, drive the deployment of new technologies, and serve as the key liaison between product teams, business units, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform configuration, functional design, and testing for SAP S/4 HANA Finance implementations.
2. Manage and oversee the work of managed service providers.
3. Design functional solutions to address business requirements and ensure alignment with process owners.
4. Support and implement S/4 HANA Finance and SAP Project Systems.
5. Conduct fit-gap analysis through engagement with business units and SAP team members.
6. Participate in solution build, testing, rollouts, and upgrade projects.
7. Review and update current standards to ensure best practices are followed.
8. Serve as the conduit between product teams, business stakeholders, and engineering.
9. Lead complex and interactive solution workshops with clients.

Required Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 8+ years of SAP consulting experience in Financial Accounting and Management Accounting.
2. 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing SAP S/4HANA projects.
3. Expertise in configuration and implementation of:
4. Management Accounting (CO)
5. Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM)
6. Bank Communication Management (BCM)
7. Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)
8. Strong integration experience across SAP modules including PCA, CCA, OPA, ABCOPA, PS, Product Costing, and Material Ledger.
9. Working knowledge of SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
10. Familiarity with SAP legacy system conversion to SAP S/4HANA.
11. Ability to conduct ABAP debugging.
12. Strong leadership and customer engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting and Treasury.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate Project Management methodology.
• Working knowledge of Central Finance (CFIN) and legacy system migration best practices.
