An opportunity exists for a skilled professional specializing in communication access through sign language interpretation. This contract position is based in Easton, PA, for the duration of the school year, where the focus will be to provide high-quality interpretation services in educational settings.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Sign Language Interpreter (e.g., RID, NAD).
• Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL).
• Previous experience interpreting in educational environments preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff.
• Knowledge of cultural competence and sensitivity regarding deaf and hard-of-hearing communities.
