Job Summary:

Zachary Piper Solutions is in search of a highly skilled and highly motivated Task Manager to a growing company based in Washington D.C. on a hybrid basis. The Task Manager will be responsible for supervising and performing the day-to-day management and administration of task order requirements for a team consisting of 20 members.

Responsibilities of the Task Manager include:

1. Designing, planning, establishing milestones, and overseeing deadline completion, resource management, risk assessment, and tracking, including ensuring all deliverables and timelines are met.
2. Providing an independent evaluation of processes, systems, and controls.
3. Producing implementation guides and end-user guides.
4. Developing and updating Zero Trust policies, procedures, and guidelines.
5. Managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to ensure that user identities are verified, and access is granted on a need-to-know basis.
6. Evaluating, procuring, and integrating security tools and technologies that support Zero Trust principles.

Qualifications for the Task Manager include:

1. 7 years’+ experience as a Program Manager/Task Lead in a Federal environment.
2. Experience leading cross-functional teams and handling the day-to-day management and administration of a task order/contract.
3. Experience in launching, directing, and managing large-scale programs and performing management functions.
4. Strong experience with Zero Trust Architecture and implementation.
5. Experience in Agile Project Management and Jira.
6. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning in a computer discipline or a BS in Management. Degree not required with 10 years of related experience.
7. At start date, must possess CISM, CISSP, or GSLC certification.

Compensation for the Task Manager include:

1. Salary Range: $130,000-$140,000 **depending on experience**.
2. Benefit Package: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, etc.
3. Hybrid structure.
