Technical Recruiter (Entry Level) opportunities with Johnson Service Group, Inc. (JSG) in Jacksonville, FL

 

Our JSG Jacksonville office is continuing to grow and we are looking for Recruiters to add to the team. You will be supporting multiple Regional/National clients by recruiting and placing consultants on primarily long-term consulting assignments. You will have the opportunity to recruit multiple lines of business for multiple clients across a wide section of the U.S. We offer a competitive base salary + uncapped commissions; our commission plan is aggressive and rewards short-term successes AND long-term career financial growth. This position will work in our Jacksonville office which is located off of Old St. Augustine Rd. between I-95 and US-1 making the morning commute convenient from just about anywhere in Duval and St. Johns Counties.

 

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and recruiting candidates utilizing all available tools including job boards, LinkedIn, JSG applicant database, referrals, pipelines, associations, etc.
• Source, qualify, vet, and present candidates
• Schedule interviews and maintain submitted candidates
• Consistently update Bullhorn Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to reflect current candidate information, activity records, and interview summaries
• Work closely with Account Management to understand our clients' cultures, job requirements, and business relationships with JSG

 

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of Staffing Industry recruiting experience (Professional, F&A, Engineering, or IT) is ideal
• Experience in an entry-level sales or marketing role in lieu of staffing experience will be considered
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• Hard-working, eager to learn, coachable, and strong communication skills (phone/written) are a must
