Job Description & RequirementsThe Physical Therapy Assistant serves as a member of the physical therapy team by assisting the Physical Therapist in the delivery of patient treatments and management of referred patients. The PTA provides documentation of treatment and outcomes, discharge planning and patient/family/caregiver education. Participates in administrative duties and PI; pursues professional growth; performs other duties as assigned. Oro Valley Hospital Position: PTA - Physical Therapy Assistant Bill Rate: $50 Start: ASAP Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 8/5's 8:00a - 4:30p + 2 Weekend Days per Month 2+ Yrs. of Acute Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred Required: AZ License & BLS
